現場有信號足夠且穩定的Wi-Fi網路即可。 免佈線、網關(橋接器)、電腦主機….等繁雜設備。
*少部分的Wi-Fi設備有連線不穩定的情況，請依現場實測為準，若有問題請聯繫您的Wi-Fi設備廠商協助處理。
當然可以，但不太推薦，因為遠端開鎖通常是用在一次性的場合，如：朋友來訪，到了門口聯絡主人然後等待開鎖。
推薦用Auto一次性密碼，提前給來訪的人只能用一次的密碼，使用後自動失效並產生新密碼供下次使用，不須聯絡等待。也可以給特定時段才生效的預約密碼。
電子鎖幾乎都是電池供電，已經設定好的密碼跟房卡在停電期間都可正常使用。唯有遠端系統在停電期間斷線故無法即時操作，待網路恢復後會自動連線恢復正常。
Tanmo可加購雙電力系統，平時以變壓器供電，停電時自動切換為電池供電，可以大幅降低電力問題。
